What is the difference in Curt hitches #11391 and #11437

The Curt 11437 has been discontinued, it was replaced/superseded by part # C11391. The hitch design was updated so that it would also fit hybrid models of the Honda Civic, but it still fits the standard model as well.
The hitch appearance, capacity and install procedure hasn't changed.
