Is The Furrion Chill RV Air Conditioner Compatible With A 2009 Keystone Challenger 30TRL 5th Wheel
Question:
Why is the Furrion 15500 btu AC Not reccomended on a 2009 Keystone challenger challenger 30TRL for a replacement unit? We only have one unit ducted and want to move old to front over bedroom as non ducted and replace main. Texas heat is brutal right now.

Based on the information we have in our fitguide the 2009 Keystone Challenger 30TRL Fifth Wheel has a Coleman unit from the factory which would have a 9-pin connector. The Furrion Chill Replacement RV Air Conditioner for Furrion Setup - 15,000 Btu - White # FR58PR you were looking at has a 6-pin connector so that's why it isn't recommended.
Instead you simply need the Furrion Chill Replacement RV Air Conditioner for Coleman Setup # FR42PV which will come with an adapter to plug into a Coleman system.
