Will The Hollywood Racks SR2 Bike Carrier Interfere With My Backup Camera On My 2016 Jeep Wrangler?

Will this bike carrier work on a 2016 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon with a back up camera and fifth wheel brake light?

Spare tire bike racks like the Hollywood Racks SR1 2-Bike Carrier - Spare Tire Mount # HRSR1 that you mentioned, will require you to have to remove your backup camera for installation.
The only way around this is to use a hitch mounted bike rack like the:
-Kuat Beta Bike Rack for 2 Bikes - 2" Trailer Hitches # B202-2.
If you don't have a hitch already, you can use the etrailer Trailer Hitch Receiver # e98856.
The Kuat Beta bike rack has a maximum carrying capacity of 40-lbs per bike, for a total of 80-lbs, and will accept bikes that have a frame up to 3" in diameter.
I should also note that you will still have some camera obstruction when using a hitch mounted bike rack, however you don't have to remove your camera.
Additionally, a hitch extender like # HE18 may be needed to ensure that you have enough clearance to use the bike rack with your bikes. To figure that out, you're going to want to measure the distance from the center of your pin hole to the edge of your spare tire.
