Yes, the Roadmaster Rear Anti-Sway Bar # RM25VR will fit your 2018 Thor Miramar 37.1 on the Ford F-53 24K chassis V10 engine. You will need to measure the length of the U-Bolt threads sticking past your current plates to ensure they are long enough for the Roadmaster 1/2" plates being installed. If they are not long enough you will need either the Square # RM-590050-00 or Round # RM-590050-10 U-Bolt Kit.

The Roadmaster Front Anti-Sway Bar # RM-1139-148 is the front sway bar for your Miramar. This will replace your factory sway bar rather than adding an additional like the rear.

I find the SumoSprings Rebel Custom Helper Springs # SSF-173-40-2 for the front axle and SumoSprings Maxim Custom Helper Springs # SSR-187-54-1 for the rear greatly help with the sway bars to give you a greatly improved ride control.
