I have a 2021 Foredt River, Salem Hemisphere. It has a RAM 35000lb electric jack. What manual crank tool should i buy? As well as the rubber cover.

Since you have a Ram 3500 trailer jack the correct replacement you need is the Manual Jack Handle # EJ-3520-HD that you referenced. Then for the replacement cover for the manual override you'd want the part # EJ-3520-BCP.
