Outer Diameter and Angle on Pop & Lock Fuel Door with BOLT Lock for Jeep Wrangler JK

What I’d the diameter of the item on the outside? What angle is the dish portion? 21 degrees or 42 degrees? Wanting to put on my toy hauler fuel station which requires a 6 1/4” diameter mounting face and a 42degree where the fuel neck hooks on.
