Will Kuat NV 2.0 Bike Rack Have Enough Clearance With Curt Hitch on 2020 Subaru Outback

Question, we have a 2020 Outback and want to install a 2” hitch to use our KUAT NV2 bike rack. The Curt model you carry seems to be the best option however, will the bike rack be too close to the rear bumper once installed?

You will not have a problem using your Kuat NV 2.0 Bike Rack # NV22B with the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C67JR. One of the nice things about this hitch is that the receiver sits almost flush with the rear bumper. The distance from the center of the hitch pin hole to the bumper of your 2020 Outback is approximately 3".

Looking at the bike rack, the distance from the center of the hitch pin hole to the closest part of the rack when folded down is 10-1/2". When folded up it is 7". This means you will have plenty of clearance for your bike rack whether it is in use or folded.
