Correct Dexter E-Z Flex Suspension Kit for a 2012 Heartland Cyclone HD

Question:

I have a 2012 Cyclone HD with Dexter axles. It has the EZ Flex suspension on it. The equalizer is part # 13-143, which I believe shows it to be a 6,000 lb axle. It has a triple axle setup. Can I upgrade to the Dexter EZ Flex 7,000 lb setup for my triple axle? If so, which kit do you recommend? I am not sure how many miles are on the current suspension, but I know that rubber in the center of the EZ Flex is hard and cracking, which is why I want to replace them. Thanks.
