I would need to know what your current inner and outer bearing numbers are on you 1999 Coleman Mesa. I will attach a link below letting you know how to find it.
The CE Smith Trailer Idler Hub Assembly # CE13315 will work for you if your inner and outer bearings are # L44649 both bearings have an inner diameter of 1.063 inches.
You will also need to know the bolt pattern of your current hubs I will attach a link below on how to measure your bolt pattern.
When you find out what the inner and out bearing numbers you have please reach out to me and I will get you the correct part.
