Trunk Mount 2 and 3 Bike Rack Recommendation for a 2012 Dodge Durango

Question:

Please help with bike rack option 2 or 3 bike fit I do not have a hitch and woul like the most cost effective I am a novice and would like an easy but safe install without having to go to the dealer for a hitch install.

For an inexpensive bike rack that will hold 3 bikes on your 2012 Dodge Durango, I recommend the Thule Passage # TH911XT.

The Passage can hold 3 bikes up to 35 lbs per bike. Even if you are not carrying 3, you have the ability when it is required. This bike rack does come with anti-sway cradles that helps prevent bike-to-bike and bike-to-vehicle contact.

If you are planning on carrying either women's, children's, or alternative frame bikes, I recommend checking out the Thule Adapter Bar # TH982XT. By using this adapter it will carry the bike level and provide proper ground clearance.
