Rooftop Basket Recommendation to Attach Directly to Raised Rails on 2002 GMC Envoy

I have a 2002 GMC Envoy sle. Ive been looking for a basket style rooftop carrier. I want to eliminate the crossbar connection and fasten directly to factory rails. 53Lx 43w. It can extent past the 53 for 15. Im am barking up the wrong tree thinking this method? Any suggestion or info would be appreciated! Dont let this reflect any negative thoughts on your web page. Its one of the best this inexperienced net guy has used.
