part # RR574F can this be used on a 2020 Santa Fe Turbo? Do I need cross members or does the fishing rack function as that? Thank you

In order to use the Rhino-Rack Fishing Rod Carrier part # RR574F on a 2020 Hyundai Santa Fe you'll indeed need crossbars. The Rhino-Rack Vortex Aero Crossbar System part # RRVA126B-2,part # RRRCL4, part # RR66QJ is a great option for this and will provide the attachments needed to secure the Rhino-Rack Fishing Rod Carrier.
We don't offer any options for fishing rod carriers without the crossbars so these will be needed no matter which option you decide. That said they do allow for much more than just fishing rods to be carried.
