Will the Hullavator mount on the 2018 Ford Explorer carrier rack?

There is a load assist kayak carrier option for your 2018 Ford Explorer, but the Hullavator won't work because the crossbars on your Explorer's factory rack don't extend past the rails, which is necessary to use the Hullavator. Instead, what you will need is a rear load assist kayak rack, from Malone:
- Malone SeaWing Kayak Carrier and Load Assist # MPG113MD
The load assist of the # MPG113MD slides back to the rear of your Explorer, and you'd set your kayak on that to help ease the loading onto the carrier.
The SeaWing is easy to use, clamping onto your crossbars, and also comes with load straps and tie-downs so you don't need to purchase those separately.
