Troubleshooting B and W Companion Hitch Handle that Doesn't Close Itself
Question:
I purchased this hitch from etrailer in 2020 and it has been great. Except recently the handle is not closing when the king pin goes into jaws and I have to manually close it. Is there anything that you are aware of that would cause this? TIA for response

B and W recommends greasing the Companion hitches like the part # BWRVK3710 twice a year to keep all of the parts freed up and working. I attached the install instructions for greasing the hitch for you to check out on this page.
