All of our over-under conversion kits, like the Dexter Trailer Springs Over-Under Conversion Kit # K71-384-00 that you mentioned, is only available for round axles.
To lift your square axle trailer, I recommend installing longer leaf spring hangers. A great choice is the:
-Tandem-Axle Trailer Hangers for 1-3/4" Wide Double-Eye Springs # H248.
You'll want to measure the length of your existing hangers first, and check out the attached link to all of our hangers to pick out the needed hangers.
