50A to 30A Twist Lock Adapter and Extension Recommendation
Question:
We received a new Haz Mat Equipment Trailer, 24-Ft., It has a 50-AMP 125/250V shore line male plug. I need a female 50-amp twist lock 10-15 ft extension cord that ends in a 30-AMP male twist lock. All our plugs department wide are 30-amp twist lock, so this way all our apparatus can power the trailer when operating on location, or power it when at the station with a 30-amp twist lock shore line. Is this something you can make or have?

For your application we have the Furrion Marine Power Cord Adapter - 50A 125/250V Female to 30A Male # FP5530SY which you can then pair with the Furrion Marine Power Cord Extension 30A # F30C25SY. There aren't any other direct adapters that use the twist lock on both ends that I'm aware of.
Please note that the 30A will be the limiting factor as well so you'll want to avoid trying to pull larger amounts of power if at all possible.
