With the Titan Zinc-Plated Brake Actuator w/ Drop # T4750600 having the 5-Hole Standard bolt pattern you will need to drill new holes for either the Dexter DX7.5L A-60 Brake Actuator w Electric Lockout # DX89FR or Dexter DX7.5 Drop-N-Go Brake Actuator # 099-175-20. Be sure to not exceed the 7,500LB capacity of these actuators.
The Dexter DX7.5L A-60 Brake Actuator w Electric Lockout # DX89FR will have a similar profile but the ball does not have the drop like your current actuator.
The Dexter DX7.5 Drop-N-Go Brake Actuator # 099-175-20 will give you a lower ball height but sits further forward on the trailer tongue.
