Smaller Battery for Trailer Breakaway

Question:

Hey guys. I want to make the jump to lithium batteries for my RV but I have a brand new DC battery came with the used RV. I hate the weight of the DC battery on the hitch. Is there a smaller lightweight battery I can just use when towing then put my larger DC battery in when we are at the campsite? I know I need a battery to run my brake away switch. Just looking for a cheaper option for a year or so..

Breakaway batteries like what comes with the Tekonsha Push-To-Test Trailer Breakaway Kit with Built-In Battery Charger # 50-85-313 that you referenced come with much smaller batteries than what you have now so using this kit would allow you to have the lighter weight battery setup you are wanting for your breakaway.
