In order for the Prodigy RF brake controller # TK94FR to work it has to have a live 12 volt circuit on the vehicle side 7-Way. You are using a 4- to 7-Way adapter but a 4-Way only has the basic lighting functions. You will need to run the 12 volt power wire to the vehicle battery via a 40 amp circuit breaker, # PK54540. The other wires on the 7-Way adapter are not required for the RF to function. You will most likely need extra wire, # 12-1-1, sold in 1 foot increments.
The other option is to use an in-cab brake controller. Since you already have a 4-Way, and a 4- to 7-Way adapter, you will only need an installation kit, # 5506, and a brake controller. I recommend the P2, # 90885, because it is reliable, easy to use, and easy to set up. I have included some links that should help you with either installation (RF or traditional brake controller). For either installation you can skip the parts that do not apply to your application.
