Yes, the Electric Trailer Brake Kit w/ Dust Shields # AKEBRK-12 will fit 12,000lb Dexter axles that mount with a 7-bolt flange. The brake pads are 12-1/4" in diameter and 5" wide.

I sent your serial number and axle info to Dexter and they told me that the correct hub/drum you need is one we don't carry at this time 008-214-09 but we do have the brake assemblies #23-442-443.
