You can use a trailer dolly to move your trailer up your driveway as long as the incline is not too steep. However, the # STC-V211 should not be used on slopes and inclines at all. Instead, I recommend the Trailer Valet XL Trailer Dolly with Chain Drive - 2" Hitch Ball - 10,000 lbs # TVXL2.
This dolly can be cranked manually or you can use a drill attachment for a powered option to move your trailer. It has an automatic brake to keep your trailer from rolling and a 10,000 lb capacity. The # TVXL2 can be used on your driveway as long as the incline does not exceed 10 degrees.
