Trailer Hitch Solution for 2022 Honda Pilot With 20" Spare Wheel and Tire
Question:
You mention anything over 18inch spare tire wont fit. My tires are 20. So you do not have a hitch for my vehicle. Please advise.

The Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver, # C13146 along with the etrailer Trailer Hitch # e98840 and all of the other trailer hitch receivers available for your 2022 Honda Pilot will not work with 20" spare wheel options.
However, you can still install a hitch but you will need to purchase an 18" spare wheel option from the dealership. It is acceptable to use the 18" wheel for a short duration if ever in need. Since you identify having the Touring trim level, you have the hands free option for your rare hatch. While at the dealership, I suggest you purchase the sensor relocation kit too. This is component can only come from Honda. You can install the hitch without relocating the sensor, but the range is limited without relocating it.
I recommend the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver, # C13146 if you prefer a gloss black powder coat finish and the etrailer Trailer Hitch # e98840 has a matte black.
If you will be towing a trailer with your Pilot you will also need a vehicle wiring harness. I suggest part number # 118760 for a flat 4-way. Or, # 118286 for the 7-way connector option. For a ball mount, hitch ball, and hitch pin and clip which can all be found in the etrailer Ball Mount Kit # 989900.
