Disc Brake Actuator Recommendation to Replace Atwood Drum Actuator
Question:
What are the best options to replace a discontinued Attwood 82541 surge brake actuator? I would like to upgrade my brakes to disc brakes as well. The current actuator is welded on a 3 wide by 5 long piece of channel. Would prefer to upgrade to a bolt on unit. Thank you

The Dexter DX7.5L A-60 Brake Actuator w Electric Lockout # DX29FR is a bolt on disc brake actuator designed to fit 3 inch wide frame channel like what your trailer has. It would be a really great option that would last longer and perform better than your Atwood.
