I took a look at the Adarac Pro Series Custom Truck Bed Ladder Rack # A4000964 you mention, and it doesn't look like adding a third bar is going to be an option, however the ladder rack you have right now should have more than enough capacity to support a tent in the bed of your 2018 Ford F-150.
