I have a2013 keep wrangler with a new ,how do I know if its a 1 or 2 inch, and Will the light wt. carrier work in my two door

To determine the size trailer hitch you have on your 2013 Jeep Wrangler you will want to look at the hitch for a sticker that should list the Class hitch. Class I or II will have a 1-1/4 inch receiver and Class III will have a 2 inch receiver. You can also measure the width of the receiver to determine the size. If it is a 2 inch then the Reese cargo carrier you referenced # 63153 will fit your Jeep. I have included a link to a video review of the carrier for you. You will need to stay within the tongue weight capacity of the hitch or vehicle, whichever is lower.

If you have a Class II 1-1/4 inch hitch then you can use a Reese # 63155. It is a similar carrier except that it fits a Class II 1-1/4 inch trailer hitch.
