Choosing Between EcoHitch 306-X76372 and Curt C64NR for 2022 Honda Odyssey
Question:
What's the difference between the EcoHitch and Curt C64NR 2 inch hitch for a 2022 Odyssey?
asked by: Tom M
Expert Reply:
In terms of the installation procedure, the appearance of the hitch and the weight capacity, the EcoHitch # 306-X7372 and the Curt # C64NR Class III hitches are for all intents almost identical.
Both the EcoHitch and the Curt are manufactured in the US. The EcoHitch is manufactured of an alloy using steel, aluminum and stainless steel, while the Curt hitch is manufactured of steel. Both hitches feature a tough powder coated finish.
There's a considerable price difference between the two. If the fact that it's manufactured of recycled products is of primary importance, I'd go with the EcoHitch. If you're on a tighter budget, go for the Curt. Functionally speaking, either would work great for you.
