Yes, the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C13234 will fit your 2019 Ford Edge Titanium. If you have the hands free lift gate you will still be able to use it but the area will be more limited as seen in the installation video that I have linked below.
I recommend installing the Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness # C73FR when you install the receiver. This will give you a 4-way flat connector that allows you to control the lights on most small trailers and will also allow for Auxiliary Lights # C53201. The auxiliary lights are needed if you have a hitch mounted accessory like a bike rack that impairs the view of your tail lights. You can secure the 4-way using the Mounting Brackets # 18140 and # 18140 to the receiver without drilling into the receiver.
