Can You Have a Air Force One Installed With a Stay and Play Duo Supplemental Braking System
Question:
I have a Wrangler setup with an air force one for my RV. Id also like to be able to tow it with another vehicle that has hydraulic breaks. I love the airforce one so hate to lose it. Ever heard of anyone installing box in a vehicle with some toggles to leverage one vs the other?

I reached out to Demco as I have never experienced anyone trying to use both systems together. Their recommendation was to use a Portable Supplemental Braking System if you are using with both hydraulic and air brake vehicles. Otherwise you would need to have an entire separate Demco SBS Stay-IN-Play DUO Supplemental Braking System # SM99251 installed in your Jeep Wrangler. Which means you would have 2 separate breakaway systems and 2 separate cylinders on the brake pedal.
The Brake Buddy Select 3 Portable Supplemental Braking System # HM39524 would allow you to use with both types of tow vehicles.
