For your 2017 Buick Envision I recommend the Roadmaster Direct-Connect Base Plate Kit # RM-523188-5. This base plate has direct connect arms that will directly attach to your Roadmaster Falcon All Terrain Tow Bar # RM-522.

If you haven't already purchased the rest of the necessary components to flat tow your Envision then I have the following recommendations for you:

Roadmaster Diode 7-Wire to 4-Wire Flexo-Coil Wiring Kit # RM-15247.
Brake Buddy Select 3 Portable Supplemental Braking System # HM39524.
Roadmaster FuseMaster Fuse Bypass Switch for Towed Vehicle # RM76512.
RoadMaster 68" Single Hook, Coiled Safety Cables #RM-643.
Roadmaster Stop Light Switch Kit # RM-751482.

The BCM1 (29) and BCM2 (32) fuses will need to be removed to flat tow so the bypass will allow you a much easier option of just flipping a switch instead of physically pulling the fuses.

I threw in some new safety cables in case you need to replace the ones you used before but you could easily just reuse the ones you have.

The Brake Buddy will come with a charge line kit to keep your Buick's battery charged. I included the stop light switch kit incase you have a different system than the Brake Buddy that requires tapping into the brake light switch wire, since yours is unusable, but it will not be needed if you go with the Brake Buddy.
