I am looking for a fork mount that will fit my bike. It has a 9mm axle and 135mm spread between the drop outs. Do you sell anything that would work?

The solution for your bike will be to use the Rhino-Rack Thru Axle Sleeve for 9-mm x 135-mm Thru Axle Skewers # RRRBCA039 with either the Multi Axle Adapter # RRRBCA030 or with the Thru Axle Bike Carrier # RR43233.

I personally like the bike carrier a little better. This is designed to be installed on the Pioneer Platforms but you can use different hardware to bolt this down if that's what you're needing.

The fork blocks of the Rhino-Rack XTray Pro Cargo Basket #RRRMCB03 that you referenced are designed to fit 15 mm by 100 mm thru axles. Sounds like you have a smaller 9 mm thru axle which would require the adapter part #RRRBCA039.
