Recommended Replacement Vent Cover for Ventline Vent

From the image you provided, it appears you have a Ventline vent with a continuous hinge design. While the RV industry does not have a VIN part look up developed the same as the auto side of things, I can make the recommendation that you need the Vent Cover for Ventline Old Style Rounded Dome Trailer Roof Vents, # BV0554-01 for white or # BV0554-03 for smoke.
I do also recommend that you consider replacing the entire vent. For the price point of the replacement vent cover relative to the entire assembly, if there are other parts with your vent that are damaged or plastic parts brittle from exposure, consider the Ventline Ventadome Trailer Roof Vent, # V2092SP-28. Replacement of vent assembly is actually fairly straight forward and easy to do.
