Troubleshooting Why Signal Lights Are Not Working On 2022 Toyota Rav4
Question:
Hi: I have part number 56434 on a 2022 Toy. Rav4. I instaled it per the instructions and I am not getting the signal lights. Is there some tests I can do to find what is wrong?

When troubleshooting the wiring harness on your vehicle you will want to also be sure the signals are getting through from your tow vehicle. In order to determine the specific problem, you will need to purchase a circuit tester if you do not have one - the Cordless Circuit Tester # PTW2979 would be my strong recommendation - and test the connector on your vehicle after disconnecting it from your trailer. If there is not a issue in the wiring it may have a wiring issue on the vehicle itself.
