What Is Best AC Unit For New Installation Where No AC Unit Currently Is Installed

Need to install 2 rv a/c onto a passenger rail car. I have some questions about which is the best one.

The Advent Air RV Air Conditioner w/ Air Distribution Box and Wall Thermostat, # ADV64FR is a 15K unit that installs on roofs 2-1/2" to 5" thick with an opening size of 14-1/4" long x 14-1/4" wide. This AC has a powerful fan and motor that provides a steady stream of air to efficiently cool the area. This is a bolt-on installation that includes wiring harness, mounting hardware, and screw covers.

There are add-on components that can be purchased if needed/wanted depending on the application. There is a Start capacitor # ACMSCKIT that helps to jumpstart the AC when being operated from a generator and an electric heat strip # ACMHD.
