Wiring Between RV and Flat Towed Vehicle Pulls Out When Turning
Question:
I bought this cable. However the coil gives too much tension on the connector housing. It is doing like this. When first hook it up, everything works. Once I make the first turn, the cable just became disconnected. Maybe I should put the cable under the tow bar. So when tow bar moves it wont interfere with this cable. Or use some wires to secure the connection. What is experts opinion? Should I get another brand? Or use a straight cable. Thanks.

If the distance is too far between the connectors on the motor home and vehicle then a straight cable would not help much unless it was a longer cable. You can try moving the location of the cable so there is enough slack to make turns without it pulling loose.
Another option is to extend the 7-Way using something like # C56080. You probably would not need the full 7 feet of length this harness has but it would definitely be enough to prevent the cable from pulling out on turns.
Currently, Hopkins cable # HM47053 that you have referenced is the longest available at 8 feet.
