Recommended License Plate Relocation Bracket To Use With etrailer Hitch Mounted Spare Tire Carrier

Im curious if there is a bracket available to relocate the license pplate since this will block it?

When it comes to using The etrailer Hitch Mounted Spare Tire Carrier - 2 inch Hitch # e98ZR, I would use The Optronics LED Trailer License Plate Light w/ Bracket - 5 Diodes - Clear Lens # LPL56CB to help relocate your license plate so its not blocked out by the carrier, and attach it using zip ties.
The bracket has a 5 diode light that will help illuminate your license plate if it's plugged in.
