Question:

I have looked online for the specs for a spring that is 23 1/2 long but I can not find anything part #SP-113275 and I had also bought this tandem axle hanger kit if it helps # APT3

To attach the Tandem-Axle Trailer Hanger Kit for Double-Eye Springs # APT3 with the 3-Leaf Double-Eye Spring for 2,000-lb Trailer Axles # SP-113275 on your trailer the hangers will be welded at the following measurements. You want the center of the front and rear hangers to be 27-7/8" from the center of the center hanger. This will put your axle center at 33-1/8" between the front and rear axles.

Be sure that your center hanger is located at the correct point to give your trailer the 10-15% tongue weight it needs. I have linked a help article below that will help you with this process.
