How Should Ultra-Fab Rotating, Hitch Mounted Skid Wheels, # UF48-979014, Be Installed

can the UF48979014 be clamped to the I-beam frame, I have a 30 ft. surveyor by forest river.

I would not trust a clamp over the mounting plates and bolts included with the Ultra-Fab Rotating, Hitch Mounted Skid Wheels, # UF48-979014. You can get a clamp tight, but not tight enough to keep the wheels in place. Nuts and bolts on the other hand you will be able to get plenty tight.
