Question:
I will be mounting this X-Track on a 15/32 sheet of pressure treated plywood on the wall in my garage. What screws would you recommend I use and how many?

CargoSmart actually has a hardware kit designed for their tracks like the 5' Long Horizontal or Vertical X-Track # 3481788 you're looking at. It's the Mounting Hardware Kit # 3481783 and it comes with 3" long x 1/4" diameter screws and bolts. The 3" length might be excessive depending on what's behind that plywood so if there isn't really anything on the backside you might consider the 1" Wood Screws # SL49FR instead.
The CargoSmart kit comes with 8 screws and is designed for 60" track like what you're looking at but if you use the smaller hardware I'd use at least double that if not all 20 that come in the kit.
