For a great tonneau cover for your 2022 Nissan Titan XD with a 6-1/2 foot bed, I recommend the BAKFlip MX4 Hard Tonneau Cover - Folding # BAK48524. This cover comes with 4 folding panels that allows you to prop them up with the rod so you can travel with the cover completely open. With this feature, you will have unobstructed, full-bed access. As far as installation, it comes with an easy, no-drill process. To top it all off, it is made 100% in the U.S.A. and comes with a 5-year warranty. This model fits whether you have a Utili-Tracks System or not.

As for the ladder rack, since the MX4 leaves the stake pockets completely open, you will be able to use a stake-pocket mounted ladder rack. It is important to note that some newer models of Nissans require you to cut the rail caps in order to access the stake pockets. I recommend confirming with your owner's manual to make sure the stake pockets are hidden underneath if there are not any pop-off tabs on your rails.

With that being said, I recommend the Thule TracRac SR Sliding Truck Bed Ladder Rack - 1,250 lbs # TH43002XT-501. The TracRac SR comes with an incredible 1,250 pound maximum weight capacity. The bases are completely adjustable along the tracks which can be positioned anywhere on the truck's bed for customized cargo management. It also comes loaded with adjustable load stops and tie-down points on the bases. It is important to note that this rack required a small adjustment when folding and unfolding the MX4 to prevent rubbing against the bases of the rack. Like the MX4, this rack fits your truck whether you have the Utili-Tracks installed or not.

For tie-down straps to secure your cargo to the rack, I recommend the Erickson Cam Buckle Straps # EM34409.
