Dimensions of the Jack-It 2 Bike Rack
Question:
What is the measurement from the base of the unit to the upper tire rest, with it located in the highest hole? Also, can the Y portion be located into the base without using the angled piece? Or do you make an adapter to allow it to go straight up instead of to the rear? Thanks!

The highest hole for the upper tire rest is 60-3/8" from the bottom of the base on the Jack-It 2 Bike Rack for A-Frame Trailers - 22-1/2" Jack Clearance item # LC429756. The angled piece has to be used to connect the y portion of the rack to the tower portion of the base. The orientation of the pin holes will prevent you from using the two pieces without the angled connector. There are no adapters to get around this. I have linked a couple of diagrams that will show the dimensions of the Jack-It 2 Bike Rack.
