I would be happy to help you gather those part numbers to replace the hubs, brakes, and bearings and seals on your Eby Horse Trailer.

Lets start with the hubs you will need the Dexter Axle Trailer Hub and Drum Assembly - 5,200-lb Axles item # 8-201-5. These are sold individually and have a 6 on 5-1/2 bolt pattern.

For your brake assemblies you will want the Dexter Electric Trailer Brake Assembly Left Hand item # 23-105 and Right Hand item # 23-106. These are 12" x 2" driver's side and passenger's side electric trailer brake assemblies that fit 6,000 lbs axles. The mounting flange has a 5-bolt pattern and they fit 14-1/2" to 16" wheels. These are sold individually and you will need 1 left and right hand assembly to do each axle.

For Dexter Nev-R-Adjust Electric Trailer Brake Assemblies you will want the Right hand item # 23-459 and Left hand item # 23-458.

For your bearings and seals you will want the Bearing Kit, LM67048/25580 Bearings, 10-36 Seal item # BK3-300. This kit includes the Inner Bearing and Race item # 25580, Outer Bearing and Race item # LM67048, and Grease Seal item # GS-2250DL. You will need one kit per hub.

You will also need the LubriMatic LMX Industrial Strength Grease - 14 oz. Cartridge item # L11390. I recommend getting a can per axle.
