In order to swap out your 13" wheels and tires with 15" you will need to match up the bolt pattern and make sure there is enough clearance. A wheel and tire like the Karrier ST205/75R15 Radial Trailer Tire with 15" White Spoke Wheel # AM32395 uses a 5 on 4-1/2 bolt pattern. If you have a 4 on 4 bolt pattern you would have to find 15" wheels that fit or you would need new hubs, assuming there are some available that fit.

The # AM32395 has an outer diameter of 27.3" and an 8.1" section width. At a minimum you need 3" of clearance on the top and 2" of clearance on the inside of the tire. You will need to measure your current tire to find the difference. More than likely you will lose about .5" on the inside and 1.5" on the top. As long as you have enough clearance with the larger tire you will be fine. If not, I recommend sticking with 13" wheels and tires.
