Is a Convertor Needed to Install Tekonsha T-One 7-Way on 2018 Nissan Frontier

I have a 2018 Nissan frontier. I need to install a 7 pin trailer wiring harness. Im looking at the T118266 and in the description it says No convertor. Do I need some sort of convertor?

The Tekonsha T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness with 7-Way Trailer Connector # 118266 comes with everything you need to install a 7-way on your 2018 Nissan Frontier. You do not need an additional convertor, it is only listed to show that this does not have a convertor box like some other wiring harnesses for different vehicles have.

This wiring harness will plug into the 12-pin wiring harness behind the passenger's-side kick panel as well as the factory harness connection point behind driver's-side rear bumper. No cutting or splicing is required and the required relays are included.
