Will Yakima spare ride rack fit a 2021 Ford E450 motorhome?

Technically yes, the tires on your 2021 Ford E-450 motorhome are the right size for you to mount and use the Yakima SpareRide 2-Bike Rack # Y02599.

But even though it will fit your actual tire, Yakima does not approve it for use on motorhomes, just standard passenger vehicles. This is due to the increased movement at the rear of RVs that have more space from the rear axle to the rear of the vehicle. So you decide to use the SpareRide # Y02599 it wouldn't be warrantied.

If you were okay with a different option, there is one with the Hollywood Racks SR1 2-Bike Carrier # HRSR1.

The # HRSR1 is a spare-tire rack but it secures around the width of the tire as opposed to using a mounting plate. It is approved for use on RVs, though doesn't come with locks like the SpareRide so it would be a good idea to use the Cable Lock # e98891 and Security Strap # TH533.

Finally, with either of these two racks, if you are carrying a bike with a step-through frame or a smaller child's bike you'll need to give them a horizontal mounting point with the Bike Frame Adapter Bar # 64005.
