I've checked out photos of your 5th wheel, and since the front corners of your 5th wheel aren't dished or concaved in, I'd recommend using a sliding hitch to prevent the 5th wheel from contacting your truck cab during turns.

The Demco Hijacker Autoslide would be a great choice for you, which would eliminate the need to exit the vehicle to disengage the slider for low speed maneuvering. During turns, the hitch head will disengage and slide rearward to provide additional clearance to the rear of the truck cab.

If your truck doesn't have the OEM tow/prep pucks in the bed, I'd recommend the 21K capacity # DM8550037 Autoslide hitch along with the # DR37FR under bed rail kit.

If you do have the puck system, go with the # DM8550035 hitch and the # DM6333 rail adapter.

If you don't already have a 7-way trailer connector in your truck bed, you can install one using part # 41157.
