Parts Needed To Tow a Trailer with a 2013 Chevy Camaro
Question:
How can I get a 2013 Chevrolet Camaro V6, 6 spd manual, to tow a 3,000 pound tear camper? What exact parts, adapters, hitch, extra stuff do I have to have and do to make this happen?

The towing capacity of a 2013 Chevrolet Camaro will be listed in the owner's manual, this cannot be increased in any way but if you find a trailer at or under this capacity then we can get you setup with the parts you need to tow it. Starting with the trailer hitch, I recommend the Draw-Tite Sportframe Trailer Hitch Receiver part # 24850. You'll then need a trailer wiring, but as of October 2023 we do not have a harness to fit your Camaro. Finally, you'll need a ball mount like the Draw-Tite Drawbar part # 3594 and hitch ball like the 2" Hitch Ball part # 19258.
