Will Timbren Rear Suspension Always Contact Axle on 2021 Ford F-350 Cab & Chassis

Question:

In researching suspension enhancements for my truck, looks like these aftermarket units will help reduce the sag in rear of truck. With a partial load of tools I have 6.5 inches from frame to axle currently what is the total height of these stops? I assume truck will always be riding on them, if so what life expectancy would there be? Thank you

Expert Reply:

So the overall height is 7-1/4 inches for the Timbrens that fit your 2021 Ford F-350 cab and chassis, which are the Timbren Rear Suspension Enhancement System # TFR350TTCC.

They will indeed always be touching your axle, and that's actually what they are designed to do in order to help level and stabilize your truck.

As for the life expectancy, you can expect the Timbren Rear Suspension Enhancement System # TFR350TTCC to last the life of your truck. They have a lifetime warranty and are made of a dense rubber which is designed to withstand consistent use.
