To be able to use the Curt A16 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch w/ R16 Slider # C16521 on your 2019 Ford F-350 with factory pucks, you'll just need to use the Adapter Rails for Curt 5th Wheel Hitch # C88KR.
This adapter will slide into the pucks on your Ford F-350 and will provide mounting rails for your Curt A16 5th wheel hitch.
