I have 6x12 enclosed trailer with 11 running lights, 2 stop lights and 2 turn lights. Can this module output this much current?

The amperage draw of the 11 running lights is a bit of a concern unless they are LED lights. I recommend going with a higher capacity harness, # C59496. It is rated for 2.1 amps per side for brake and turn signals and 7.5 amps total for all running lights. If you can check each light to determine the amperage draw that will tell you if even the # C59496 harness is rated high enough.
