Weight Distribution System and Brake Controller Recommendation for a 2010 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited
Question:
Would this product be the hitch for my 2010 Jeep Rubicon Unlimited with a factory tow package, towing a 3000lb RV with a 350lb tw. Plus what brake controller would you recommend? Thanks

When picking out a weight distribution system you want to come as close as possible to the middle of the effective tongue weight range as possible. Installing a system such as the Curt # C17322 that you referenced would not be effective being that it has a tongue weight rating of 1000 lbs and would cause a stiff ride.
Before choosing a weight distribution system you will want to determine the tongue weight of your trailer in road ready condition. I have attached a FAQ article that will describe different ways to get an accurate tongue weight. I have also attached a FAQ article on weight distribution systems.
If your road ready tongue weight is 350 lbs, a better weight distribution system would be the Pro Series # PS49901. This system has a tongue weight range from 200 to 550 lbs. This system, like the one you originally picked does come with the friction sway control feature. If your tongue weight is over 550 lbs I recommend going with the Pro Series # PS49582 which has a range from 550 to 750 lbs.
For a brake controller I recommend the Tekonsha Prodigy P2 # 90885 brake controller. This is a popular controller because it is easy to install and has proportional braking. To go with the brake controller, I recommend wiring harness # ETBC7 if you do not already have a 7-way trailer connector. I have attached a brief installation video of the two items on a 2013 Wrangler. I have also attached a FAQ covering brake controller and wiring installation.
If you do have a 7-way connector then I recommend Brake Controller Wiring Kit # 5506 which provides the hardware to install the brake controller with your trailer wiring.
The last item you may want to consider is a transmission cooler. My research shows that your vehicle has a 3500 lb tow capacity and you are pretty close to it right now with your trailer. I would strongly recommend looking at transmissions coolers especially if you have an automatic transmission. I have provided both a link to transmission coolers and a FAQ article covering transmission coolers for your review.
